Knectiv Supports The University of Texas Longhorn Racing Team at Unveiling Event

Austin, TX - On April 22, 2023, Knectiv, an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, participated in the official unveiling event of the University of Texas Longhorn Racing group's competition vehicles. The Longhorn Racing organization provides student engineers the opportunity to explore different engineering fields and develop industry-level, tangible skills. The organization is comprised of three Collegiate Design Series Teams that focus on developing, building, and racing vehicles using combustion, electric, or solar power.

At the event, the combustion and electric teams displayed their race cars that they will use to compete this year, while the solar team presented the designs and mechanics for the solar race car that they will use to compete in 2024.
